Since starting Real Estate full-time in 2003, AnnMarie has consistently been a Top Producer in Real Estate and is honored to have received many awards and recognitions. Originally from New Jersey, moving to Florida in 1973, AnnMarie grew up in Broward County and has been living on the Treasure Coast since 2003. She attended Broward Community College, Miami Dade Medical, and Nova University. She has been an investor in real estate since the age of 21, buying her first income property with the guidance of her mother. AnnMarie has been happily married since 1993 to Tony Napolitano, a retired Captain from Pembroke Pines Fire Department and presently a Trustee for St Lucie County Fire Fighters Pension Fund.

Tony and AnnMarie are proud of their two sons, Anthony and Joseph. Anthony attended College in Florida, majoring in marketing, and is an entrepreneur running a very successful marketing business. Joseph attended Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire on a baseball scholarship. He is now serving as a firefighter for St Lucie County.

AnnMarie is a real estate professional at the Keller Williams of Port Saint Lucie office, right at the entrance to PGA Village and only minutes from St Lucie West and Tradition. AnnMarie is known for her knowledge of PGA Village since she is a resident as well. She is the proud leader of Team Napolitano, offering an experienced team of Real Estate agents, as well as 2 assistants, ready to serve all your real estate needs.
